How do I know my Barehand glove size? +
If you're having trouble choosing your size, use your hand measurement as a guide.
Measure the circumference of your hand horizontally across the knuckles (excluding the thumb).
Size guide:
Small – 7.5 inch | Medium – 8 inch | Large – 8.5 inch | X-Large – 9 inchBarehand gloves are stretchable, so you can choose between a tight (compression) or regular fit. Example: if your hand measures 8 inches, pick Small for a tight fit or Medium for a regular fit.

What happens after I place my order? +
Once your payment is confirmed, here's what happens next:
- 1) You'll get an email with your invoice, order number and order details.
- 2) Your order status will show as "Processing" while we prepare it.
- 3) You can track your order using your Order # and the email address used at checkout.
- 4) When your order ships, you'll receive another email with your tracking number and "Completed" order status.
Tip: Create an account on our website to see all your past orders and earn store credits as a regular customer.

How can I track my order? +
All paid orders start with "Processing" status. Every time your order status changes, we'll email you.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with "Completed" status and your tracking number.
You can also track your order using:
- Our order status tracker on the homepage, or
- By logging in to your account on our website.

Can I return or exchange my order? +
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges because we want you to be happy with your gear.
To start a return or exchange:
- Go to our Contact Us page.
- Under "What can we help you with", select "Exchanges/Return".
- Fill out the form with your order details.
Our support team will then send you an RMA (Return Authorization) and guide you through the next steps.

Which countries do you ship to? +
We ship worldwide.
Orders to the US, Alaska, Hawaii and any other US territories are considered local shipments.
All other destinations are treated as international shipments.

What is shipping insurance? +
Shipping insurance gives you peace of mind if a package is lost in transit.
If your insured order doesn't arrive within 20 days (local) or 40 days (international), we'll reship your order free of charge.
You can add insurance by checking the Insurance box at checkout.

Can you ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses? +
Yes. We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

How can I check my order status? +
Here's how your order status works:
- 1) After payment, you'll receive an email with your invoice, 5-digit order number and order details.
- 2) While we prepare and pack your gear, your order will show as "Processing".
- 3) Once shipped, the status will change to "Completed", and we'll email your tracking number.
- 4) You can track your order anytime using your Order # and email address on our tracking page.
Creating an account also lets you check all past orders and access store credits.

How long does international delivery take? +
We usually ship international orders via USPS.
In most cases, delivery takes around 5–8 business days. However, customs and border checks can sometimes delay delivery by 2–3 weeks.

Will I have to pay customs or taxes? +
For international orders, your local customs office may charge duties, taxes or handling fees when the package arrives in your country.
These charges are collected by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Raww Gear does not control or cover these fees.

We ship to customers all over the world.
US, Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories are treated as local shipments.
All other destinations are considered international shipments.

Most international shipments arrive in about 5–8 business days with USPS.
In some cases, customs processing can add an extra 2–3 weeks.

How should I wash my Barehand gloves? +
To keep your Barehand gloves in great shape:
- Wash in normal water with regular laundry detergent.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softener or deodorizer.
- Dry on low or medium heat if you want a slight shrink, or air dry them flat.

What is the Athletes Warranty? +
Every Barehand glove has a standard 45-day warranty against damage that affects performance.
For competitive athletes who train hard and wear out their gloves faster, we offer an extended 60-day Athletes Warranty.

How do I check the status of my glove order? +
Once your glove order is placed and paid:
