To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

SHIPPING FAQ

Once your order is placed and paid.

1) You will receive an email with your invoice that includes your order number (5 digits) and order details.

2) In fulfillment period, your order will be have a processing order status.

3) Once we ship your order, you order status will change to Completed order. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number.

4) You can track your order with your Order # and email address on the order..

* By creating a account on our website, you will be able to access all past orders and free store credits to our regular customers.

Since orders are shipped from the US, any international customer might get changed for customs/fees on delivery. This is a tax that is responsibility of the customer and Raww Gear is not responsible for it.

We use USPS international postage. Due to COVID-19 its takes 5-8 business days for US and 40 days for international shipment.
