WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
We ship to every country in the world.
US & Alaska & Hawaii and any other US territories is considered Local shipment.
All other countries are considered international shipment.
WHAT IS INSURANCE?
With Insurance, you get a peace of mind for lost packages during transit. After 20 days for local or 40 days international shipment, we reship all lost packages FREE of charge to our customers.
To add INSURANCE, simply check the box on the checkout page when placing your order.
CAN I SHIP TO A P.O, APO or FPO Address?
Yes! We ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
DIFFERENT ORDER STATUS?
Once your order is placed and paid.
1) You will receive an email with your invoice that includes your order number (5 digits) and order details.
2) In fulfillment period, your order will be have a processing order status.
3) Once we ship your order, you order status will change to Completed order. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number.
4) You can track your order with your Order # and email address on the order..

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
All paid orders have processing order status. Any time your order status changes you will receive an email with the status change. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with complete order status and tracking number.

HOW LONG INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TAKES?
We use USPS international postage. On most cases its takes 5-8 business days for international shipment. We cannot guarantee any delivery times because sometimes customs/border clearance could take up to 2-3 weeks.
CUSTOMS/TAXES
Since orders are shipped from the US, any international customer might get charged for customs/fees on delivery. This is a tax that is responsibility of the customer and Raww Gear is not responsible for it.
