Probably not. Parcels often go quiet while clearing customs.
It only counts as lost after 20 days in the US or 40 days abroad. Past that? Message us and we’ll chase the carrier. Added Shipping Insurance? We reship it free.

Shipping abroad: will I pay customs?
No. We cover customs.
We ship to 83+ countries, and checkout shows the exact shipping cost before you pay. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO work too. If a carrier ever charges you anyway, send us the receipt and we’ll adjust it.

A typo in the email is the usual culprit. Send us your name, order date and country and we’ll find it. Ordering twice is how double charges happen.

I’m between two sizes. Which one?
The smaller one. Every time.
It’s our most common swap: Medium to Small, Small to XS. Barehand should feel like a second skin. Loose fabric bunches and slides.

How should they fit?
Like a second skin: snug palm, flat fingers, no sliding.
- Too big: fabric bunches, or it slips off on pull-ups. Size down.
- Too small: hard to pull on, or it pinches. Size up.

They were snug. Now they feel loose.
Normal at first. A warm wash brings the snug back.
Tumble dry on low–medium to shrink them slightly. Still sliding? Swap to the next size down within 45 days.

XS fits hands 6–7 in around, so smaller hands may not fit yet.

How do I wash them?
Machine wash with regular detergent. No bleach, no softener.
Air dry, or tumble dry low–medium for a slightly snugger fit.

Soak them for 15–30 minutes in warm soapy water.
Rinse well, then dry completely. Sunlight works best.

How long do they last?
Like running shoes: it depends how hard you train.
Barehand is thin so you can feel the bar, which means it wears with use. Washing and drying them fully helps them last.

How is Barehand different from gym gloves?
